The service was amazing, with the Manager going above and beyond by fulfilling our request for birthday balloons, giving outstanding customer service. However, the handling of a certain matter could have been more professional. The dining experience served fresh and seasonal products with fab views. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring all the nearby touristic sites, being easy to walk to from the main pub opposite the cathedral.
